Return Policy

The following policy only applies to products bought on this website. If you purchased an Alilo through Amazon, it must be returned to Amazon following their guidelines.

  1. In order to refund an Alilo, it must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. There needs to be proof of purchase of any product that is being returned or exchanged.
  3. If the return is for a reason other than an Alilo error, then the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the return is the result of an Alilo error, up to $10 will be refunded to reimburse the return shipping.
  4. Any product returned that is damaged or has been tampered with will not be accepted.
  5. All products must be returned with the original packaging. all the components it came with, and the manual.
  6. The customer must receive a Return Authorization Number from Alilousa.com Customer Service. This number will expire after 15 days after it is given. 

Please follow the steps listed below to return a product.

  1.  Please email support@thebabysquare.com to receive a Return Authorization Number within 90 days of placing your order. This number is required for all returns.
  2. Make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the components and manual.
  3. Use a traceable ground shipping method that provides a return tracking number.
  4. Please return the product to the following address. You must have the Return Authorization Number visible on the package as well. To guarantee we receive the number, also include it on a slip of paper in the package.
